What you need to know
Any and aLL Payments made to klash302 are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
CASH OR ZELLE PAYMENTS ONLY FOR NON-MEMBERS.
Sunday appointments are $30 additional for non-members. This option can be found under add-on service on booking site.
Active card needs to be on file to book.
NO PLUS ONE'S AT YOUR APPOINTMENT.
A grace period of 10 minutes is allotted for lateness. If we still service you after that a $10 late fee will be applied.
Canceling/rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment will result in you being charged 100% service cost for that appointment same day. A final $30 fee will be due to reschedule a new appointment.
If no notification is given and you abandon your appointment, you will be banned from booking and charged 100% service cost for that missed appointment. All future payments must be paid in full to book using Zelle or Apple Pay.
Customer has 3 days from service date to advise of any retention issues.
Please remove all makeup before appointment. If you do not you forfeit your 3 day grace period of a free fix. We need a clean natural lash line in order to guarantee great retention.

2HR meter parking only from Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Please arrive early to find parking. Close parking is limited during week nights as this is a city location and lateness will not be excused for that.
