same-day cancel
no-show
do not pay balances
…you may be blocked from future booking.
Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure the spot.
The deposit goes toward your service on the day of your appointment.
If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show, the booking deposit is forfeited.
Corrections
If you have an issue within 3 days, contact me with photos.
Corrections are at my discretion.

I do not respond to DMs/texts outside business hours

Cancellations & Rescheduling
24 hours notice minimum to cancel or reschedule.
Anything under 24 hours = booking deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Same-day cancellations/no-shows = 100% of the service total is due.
Blackout Months
During busy months (holidays, etc.):
No rescheduling
No refunds
Spots are limited — if you cancel, it’s forfeited.
Grace Period & Lateness
10-minute grace period
After 10 minutes, appointment is automatically cancelled and booking deposit is forfeited.
If time allows you may rebook SAME DAY with a $15 late fee
If there is no time: new booking deposit required.
Fill Requirements
To qualify as a fill, you must have:
✔ 40–50% of lashes remaining
✔ Lash extensions from KLASH302 only
Anything less = not a fill
If you booked a fill but need a full set:
If we have time: full set pricing applies
If we don’t have time: + $50 conversion fee and your next appointment must be a 2 week fill.
Service Guarantee
I guarantee quality work.
I do NOT guarantee retention if:
oils, mascara, or strips are used
you don’t follow aftercare
you swim, sauna, or steam
you pick or pull lashes
Memberships & Sales
Memberships, deals, and promotions:
cannot be combined
are non-refundable
cannot be transferred
Right to Refuse Service
I have the right to refuse service to anyone who:
is disrespectful
is unsanitary
repeatedly violates policies
is under the influence
