Needed Information
A Clear Unaltered Picture Of Current Drivers License Must Be Uploaded To Book! Session Will Be Canceled And Deposit Forfeited If Not Properly Provided.
We accept credit card deposit to book appointments, however remaining balance due in cash. If you would like to pay with card must pay in full at the time of booking.
1. Sunday appointments are $30 additional for non-members. This option can be found under add-on service on booking site.
2. Active card needs to be on file to book.
3. No plus ones allowed.
4. A grace period of 10 minutes is allotted for lateness. If we still service you after that a $10 late fee will be applied.
5. Canceling/rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment will result in you being charged 100% service cost for that appointment and another $25 deposit for a new appointment will be required. Only one reschedule allowed per booking if done in advance.
6. If no notification is given and you abandon your appointment, you will be charged 100% service cost for that appointment. If we can not collect you will be banned until paid in full and further bookings will have restrictions. Which include you having to pay in full upfront to keep booking.
7. Customer has 3 days from service date to advise of any retention issues. Please remove all makeup before appointment. If you do not you forfeit your 3 day grace period of a free fix. We need a clean lash line in order to guarantee great retention!
8. Klash302 has the right to decline or terminate business relationship with any customer before or during service. We promote a positive and safe atmosphere at all times.

*Choice of Classic, Hybrid, or Volume Full Set
*Or Refills of any style.
*All at a flat rate of $100 per client.
*We can accommodate up to 2 clients per visit.
*A separate $100 service fee applies to each client.
*Appointments after 9 PM will incur a $50 late service fee
